Person who analyzes the needs, conceives and applies professional techniques in the field of administrative methods and systems, in order to improve service delivery.
SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS· He/she is responsible for human resources compensation and benefits activities and provides professional assistance for the development of services;· He/she is responsible for the collective insurance of employees, its application and the compliance of these;· He/she is responsible for employee pension funds, their application and compliance;· He/she is responsible for the compensation of employees, its application and compliance;· He/she designs and proposes recommendations to ensure adequate planning of services;· He/she advises on improving the activities of the Compensation and Benefits Team;· He/she is master user of the HR system and will support the organization.
Education:
· Bachelor of Science in Administration, Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations or other appropriate academic discipline;· Being a member of the Quebec Order of Human Resources Advisors - CHRP (IRC, IRC, IARC) is an asset.
Experience:
· Three (3) years of relevant experience.
